The bid documents can be purchased from the BNB Head Office, Thimphu on working days on cash payment of Nu. 300.00 (Ngultrum three hundred) only which is non-refundable. The Earnest Money Deposit should be in the form of Cash Warrant / Draft payable in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, Bhutan National Bank Limited. The tender will be opened in the Conference Room, BNB Head Office, Thimphu. The decision of the Tender Committee will be final and binding.
